Angela Barling
Personal/Career Background
Angela and Belinda have been working together as a team since the 90’s. We started working in Alice Springs back in the late 90’s and love working with each other to achieve exceptional results for our clients. Angela is a jack of all things Bookkeeping! She specialises in Accounts Payable, Payroll, Receivables, Bank Reconciliation and EOM Finance Management for small to medium businesses and non-profit organisations. With extensive knowledge of most accounting packages including MYOB and Xero she is our bookkeeping superstar!

Personal/Career Background
Belinda is a born and raised Territorian, originally from Alice Springs. Belinda now calls Darwin home after spending time in picturesque Gove. She understands the challenges of conducting business in the Territory’s challenging economical and geographically remote environments.
Belinda’s financial management and governance knowledge comes from having successfully completed a Bachelor of Accountancy at the University of South Australia. She holds the elite Fellow status with CPA Australia and served as NT President of CPA. Belinda developed her best practice financial and accounting skills and experience while working for large corporations. These include as an auditor for one of the Big 4 accounting firms Price Waterhouse, Senior Finance Executive at global fuel giant Shell, and Executive Chief Financial Officer and Group Company Secretary with Darwin based shipping company Perkins.
She began consulting in the SME sector following the sale of Perkins to Toll. She has since been an integral advisor in several other business sales and mergers for Territory based businesses. Her company Northern Sky provides a fully integrated Accounting, Corporate Governance and Advisory services to clients with a genuine interest in building strong sustainable businesses.
She also serves on many private and community based boards applying her expert knowledge of best practice corporate governance and financial management skills. Belinda specialises in using her knowledge, skills and experience from the large corporate sector to assist Territory small and medium businesses and organisations develop, grow and prosper. Many business owners in this market sector find financial management and business improvement challenging. A surge in demand for best practice Governance advice and training from the NFP sector has seen a diversification of services.
Belinda delivers individually tailored services which break complex business concepts into achievable strategies and systems easily implemented to improve business performance, governance and profitability outcomes.

Belinda Howie has an impressive history in financial management and business improvement, starting her career in audit with Price Waterhouse, before moving into commerce to work for global fuel giant Shell as a Financial Controller.
At the pinnacle of her corporate career as Executive Chief Financial Officer she steered shipping giant Perkins through the largest sale of a Territory-based company, acquired by Toll Group.
“As CFO of Perkins, I was dealing with high demand investment bankers to achieve significant outcomes and investment return for the Territory based business,” recalls Belinda. “It was an intense role, and professionally very rewarding.”

Nikki Coxon
Nikki is originally from Central Queensland but is proud Territorian of 20plus years. She calls beautiful, picturesque Gove home with her husband and children.
Nikki has worked with a range of NSAA clients providing bookkeeping services and has a passion for working with NT not-for-profit community service organisations the most. She strives for operational excellence by having a strong attention to detail and focus on positive client relationships. Nikki seamlessly works to a high standard and has a sound understanding of business in the NT. Her high personal and professional standards ensure she is a valuable leader at NSAA.
